Malaviya National Institute Technology Jaipur has a Training & Placement Cell which works with leading organisations to establish internship and training programmes for students. The placement drive of the MNIT Jaipur is conducted by the placement cell. As per the NIRF report 2024 the total number of 657 UG students placed and 274 PG students placed during the MNIT Jaipur placement drive programme.

MNIT Jaipur placement cell interacts with many companies and industries throughout the country. Core Engineering Industries, IT & IT enabled services, Manufacturing, Consultancy Firms, Investment & Finance Companies, Management Organisations, and R & D laboratories are among the organisations that approach the institute. NIT Jaipur placement cell organises many pre-placement activities to improve students' employability such as soft skill development and competency building programmes. The NIT Jaipur median package offered for UG students as per the NIRF report 2024 is Rs 11,50,000 for a 4-year programme and Rs 3,99,000 for the 5-year programme students. The median salary package offered for PG students during the MNIT Jaipur placements is Rs 10,00,000. The NIT Jaipur highest package offered for students ranges from Rs 850000 to Rs 6400000.

MNIT Jaipur Placement Procedure

The company should complete the Job Notification Form (JNF) and send it to the Training and Placement Cell (TPC) by email attachment to placements.
The JNF serves as an introduction to the job profile for the benefit of the candidates while also informing them about the company's requirements.
The company will be assigned slots and dates for conducting pre-placement discussions (PPT), written tests, and online tests, with a request to confirm by a specific date.
If contenders fail to do so, the granted space may be given to another company upon their request. A request for a change in the slot can be accommodated, subject to availability.
Before the placement process begins, the company can request resumes from interested applicants and shortlist them.

Placements

Placements are good in MNIT Jaipur. Companies like amazon, Deloite, L&T, Samsung, Tata, byju's, infosys, oracle, pinacle and many more frequently visits for campus placement. Students gets placement of 4 lpa to 40 lpa usually but it depends upon the company and the department itself.

Both the colleges are well known prestigious college it will depend on the NIRF ranking of the colleges, for your knowledge i would like to tell you that DTU is especially known for its placements, particularly in ECE and CS branches, while MNIT jaipur : It has a solid reputation, especially in core branches like ECE.

For choosing one of them i would suggest you to choose DTU as if you’re looking for better placements, industry exposure, and networking opportunities, especially in the tech hub of Delhi.

MNIT Jaipur is one of the reputed colleges of Jaipur. The eligibility criteria for getting admission into their Bachelor's program is indeed a minimum of 60% aggregate marks in 12th from a UGC-recognized Board of Education. This is for BA programs, for BTech, you need to secure 75% for General students and 65% for SC/ST students in 12th in the Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Math as compulsory subjects. After that, they'll consider your JEE Mains marks/percentile.
