See, if you want an NIT tag then for sure MNIT is best but understand your interest as well. If you want chemical engineering and has a future vision of it then better go with MNIT else think what you actually want.

Talking about GLA Mathers CSE, this university has so much population in its several courses but the placements varies as per the skills. No doubt GLA mature provides opportunities but to be honest it is not worth to study there. The crowd and quality education is worst.

But still if you are okay with this then surely go with CSE IN GLA, Mathura.

It depends upon you and your field of interest. In my opinion try to look several factors related to the growth in future.

If you were to take my opinion then I would recommend you to join mnit jaipur because Its a college of national importance . It has a brand name and in addition to that this college has strong placements.

Yes, it's true civil has a bit lower placements percentage in every college but mnit jaipur has a better rate on investment as compared to coep pune.

NIT, Rourkela is better than MN NIT, Allahabad.because the campus of NIT Rourkela is better than that of the campus of MN NIT, Allahabad. however if you are an CS or IT aspirant then NIT Allahabad is better. but NIT Rourkela has better infrastructure and research facilities when compared with the latter.

According to your question , let me tell you that it's very difficult to to predict about the csab rounds because every year the dynamics changes based on certain factors.

Various factors are considered while deciding the cut offs like number of candidates appearing in the counselling, number of vacant seats in college, previous years cut offs and difficulty level of the paper.

As per my knowledge , cse would be a tough call for nit surathkal but for mnit jaipur if seats are vacant it's possible to grab.

Dear candidate it's great that you have chosen Metallurgy as your career stream. Out of the two options that brings confusion, Punjab Engineering College is overall good but the Placement and Academic records doesn't reflect too impressive results. When comes to MNIT Jaipur, it's a better choice to be made. The Metallurgy departmental Faculties are nice, the necessary curriculum notes are provided and the academic facilities are abundant. You can always go to Mnit Jaipur. It is a much better college than jamshedpur. You will also be having a great college life at jaipur which will no happen in jamshedpur.The placements of jaipur are also good in comparing with jamshedpur.
