| Mirae Asset Foundation (MAF) Scholarship | Mirae Asset Foundation is an Indian charitable foundation that primarily works across several areas of educational development in India. MAF Scholarship is instituted by the Mirae Asset Foundation to provide scholarships to meritorious and needy participants of the first and second year, whose family income is less than Rs. 8 lakhs. Every year two participants from PGDM first year and second year are awarded scholarships of Rs. 5 lakhs each. The recipients of this scholarship are called Mirae Asset Scholars. |

Every participant admitted as a full-time scholar receives a stipend for the first four years of the programme.
- During the coursework phase: Rs. 40,000 per month
- Post-clearing the qualifying exam: Rs. 42,000 per month
- Post successful defence of proposal: Rs. 45,000 per month.
Contingency Grants
Contingency grants help the full-time participant to access the necessary equipment and facilities for research. The amount is reimbursed after verification of the submitted bills.
- Every full-time participant is eligible for a contingency grant of Rs. 25,000 per year for the first four years of the programme to cover research expenses such as the purchase of software, books, stationeries, hardware etc.
- One-time claim of up to Rs. 40,000 towards the laptop purchase during the first four years of the programme.
Conference Grants
- The FPM scholars are encouraged to participate in various national and international conferences. Upon completion of the comprehensive qualifying exam, FPM scholars are entitled to reimburse domestic & international conferences subject to a ceiling of Rs. 2,30,000 during the entire period of the programme.
Research Grants

SPJIMR Mumbai FPM Admission Process 2025
- For admission to the FPM programme, candidates are required to SPJIMR Mumbai FPM eligibility criteria.
- Fill out the SPJIMR Mumbai application form and submit the following details with the application form including Academic grades for Class Xth, XIIth, Graduate and Postgraduate Degree, A Statement of Purpose (SOP), An indication and elaboration of Research interests (Research Proposal), Three letters of recommendation, including at least one academic recommendation.
- Pay the application processing fee of Rs. 1000 which is to be paid through credit card/ debit card or net banking.
- The SPJIMR Mumbai FPM process begins with reviewing the application forms and Research Proposal.

The infrastructure with dedicated offline/online library support, on campus eating joints, gymnasium, stadium, hostels and state of art classrooms.
