SIMSR, Mumbai, is a good place to study.

The college has good teachers with excellent industry knowledge. Faculty are helpful from day one and helps us cope up with the activities in the technological world and makes students updated to the market. Subjects are at par to the market and case studies are involved.
College Infra
The college is good with all the necessary amenities. There is a good library which is fully air-conditioned and has a plethora of books from all sections of education. There are the best sports facilities in the college. There are good medical facilities and hospital in which 24/7 doctors available
Placements
Almost 20 students get placed in summer internships in a batch of 60 students. The various roles offered is a hedge fund, sales and support analyst. The highest salary offered is Rs. 1,20,000 per month and the lowest is Rs. 25,000 per month. Still, companies visit campus.

1. Wi-Fi lab with an ample number of computers to work on, Wi-Fi classroom with air conditioners and slope seating and with thousand of books available for students. 2. Clean and hygienic hostel with regular cleaning of room and bathroom. Quality of food is awesome and all the equipment for all indoor and outdoor sports.
Placements
1. 100% of students get placed in Retail Management. 2. The highest Package offered - 30 lacs, the lowest package offered - 7.5 lacs and average salary offered - 10.05 lacs 3. Top Recruiters are ITC, Bisleri, Nestle etc. 4. Manager is the role offered. 5. Symbiosis Entrance Test (SET) 2020 is a university level entrance test conducted for offering admission to candidates in undergraduate programs offered by Symbiosis University.You can get admission in Bachelor's level courses through SET and MBA is Postgraduate course.

I got 74.65 percentile in XAT . I belong to OBC category. can i apply in KJ Somaiya and welingkar institute for HR specialization. is their any girls quota in these colleges ?
KJ Somaiya requires a minimum of 85 percentile for both CAT and XAT. There's no different cutoff for different categories so anyone who wants to apply for the college has to score a minimum of 85 percentile. But you can definitely apply for Welingkar Mumbai and Bangalore campuses as the shortlisting for PGDM HCM is completely profile based. The fees for Welingkar is nearly 11 lakhs and the average compensation package offered for Human Resources is 6-7 lakhs. The last date to apply for Welingkar is 14th February 2020. But you have a decent score so you should check some other good colleges also like
All of them are decent colleges in terms of both academics and placements and you can easily get an average compensation package of around 6-7 lakhs.
And if you want to pursue Human Resource Management and build a good career in that then XISS would be a great option which will provide you great returns on investment. The average compensation package offered for HR is nearly 9-10 lakhs.

Do I have chance to get a call from KJ Somaiya
You have a pretty decent XAT percentile but KJ Somaiya Institute of Management Studies and Research requires a minimum of 85 percentile in both CAT and XAT exams. The Institute considers only the overall percentile. So it may be a little difficult for you to get a call. But you can still get some very good colleges with your XAT scores like
