Academics
My course had sub par faculty with the exceptions of few, most of them were working on temporary basis, few were fresh graduates, so they lacked experience and the classes seemed boring. The curriculum was according to UGC guidelines so it was updated. I don't think any college in India is making you job ready specially the course I was taking.
College Infra
Decent infrastructure but there is a scope for lot of improvement they're still using the old blackboard instead of smart boards, though they have a projector for doing presentations. The sports facilities needs a major makeover not much happening their, but they do organize sporting event. Library has good amounts of book so that's fine.
Campus Life
The campus has a very good natural look to it with a lot of greenery, but I think they need to improve their infrastructure. They need to hire more experienced faculty rather than hiring more freshers.
Placements
Not many opportunities for the course I had enrolled in, few companies did show interest and picked up about 10-15% of the students from the batch. The avg salary was around 3-4 lakhs. The placement cell has tried to attract more companies.
Value For Money
I think there were better collages out there for the same course. The fee for the course was on the costlier side in comparison to other colleges.

Academics
Teachers are well qualified and experienced and some have experience in corporate sector and the syllabus which gu provided are in pratical manner and the case studies help us to gain the corporate knowledge.
College Infra
Moderate infrastructure with decent surroundings.AC sometime does not work and electricity is very poor. Wifi worked very good and the monitors are very well functioned.
Canteen facilities are very good.
Placements
Last year deloitte ,kpmg,pwc big corporate companies came to our university for campus recruitment and 50% of senior batch are placed in good position and serving in corporate sector.IDBI and paytm also came for campus placement.

Academics
MBA Faculties are helpful and approachable. Materials and notes are provided.
Three mba field are offered- Finance, Marketing and HR. Courses are mostly theory oriented and lack practical courses and certifications.
College Infra
The classroom's infrastructure is moderate and can be upgraded. MBA Classrooms is provided with AC.
Libraries has a vast collection of books.
Canteens are not up to the mark and should be more hygienic.
Placements
Placements are moderate with 50-60% of students placed every year. Most of the placement job roles are of sales. Some top companies like Delloite, IDBI bank, Berger Paints etc came for placement in the previous years.

Is there a provision for Integrated M.Com??? And the required subjects for the Entrance, if prov. ?

Integrated B.com+M.com is a five year long full time course. The eligibility criteria for B.Com+M.com is a minimum of 50% marks aggregate for your 10+2 level education in commerce or science stream from a recognized board of education. What is the admission process for UG? Does the uni offer a BA in psychology?

Sorry to say but Guwahati University does not offer any undergraduate course in Psychology. Most of its course offered are mainly Masters course and in Bachelor's it offers BA LLB course.You can visit its website for more information.
