Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi offers admission to diploma, undergraduate, and postgraduate programmes in a variety of disciplines. BHU Application Process 2024: Diploma/PhD Courses

• For admissions to diploma programmes, BHU has created its Entrance Test Portal with the domain name bhuonline.in.

• The application fee for SC/ST/PC candidates is Rs.300.00 while for others BHU application fee is Rs.600.00.

• Aspiring candidates must meet the BHU Varanasi UG eligibility criteria. 

• Next, eligible candidates must register for the CUET-UG conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).

• Qualified candidates must attend the MCC counselling process and select Banaras Hindu University as their preferred college.

• Candidates must meet the BHU PhD eligibility criteria.

• Eligible candidates must appear for the Banaras Hindu University Research Entrance Test (BHU RET). 

• BHU selections for PhD programmes will be through performance in the entrance examination.

• Selected students must submit their documents for verification and pay BHU PhD fees. 

Candidates willing to take admissions to UG programmes must attend CUET-UG counselling. For PG programmes, CUET-PG counselling is conducted by the university. There is a separate counselling portal available on the official website of Banaras Hindu University under the admissions section. Eligible candidates must register for the BHU counselling process. 

Results of Banaras Hindu University will be released on the official website (bhu.ac.in). Candidates with their names in the BHU result merit list must get their documents verified and pay the Banaras Hindu University Varanasi fees.
