KEC Erode Facilities
The students are provided with modern and updated facilities and infrastructure by the college. The campus of the institute has a well stocked library, boys hostel, girls hostel, gym, auditorium etc. for students and staff members. The accommodation facilities are available inside the campus only. The entire campus of Kongu Engineering College is wifi enabled.
The institute has a well established auditorium where events are held. Apart from these facilities, Kongu Engineering College facilities also include a dispensary, canteen, laboratories, guest rooms, bank, post office, transportation and sports facilities. Kongu Engineering College facilities help in overall growth of the students.
- Boys Hostel
Dheeran Mens Hostel, Valluvar Mens Hostel, Ilango Mens Hostel, Bharathi Mens Hostel, Kamban Mens Hostel, Poonar Mens Hostel and Sankar Mens Hostel are the seven boys hostels located at the campus. The hostels have basic facilities for the students.
- Girls Hostel
The college has three girls hostels - Kaveri Ladies Hostel, Amaravathi Ladies Hostel and Bhavani Ladies Hostel. KEC Erode hostel facilities offer a comfortable stay to the students.
- Medical/Hospital
Kongu Engineering college has a dispensary where medical aid is provided to students and faculty and staff members. The dispensary has two qualified doctors.
- Gym
The campus has a well-established gym for the students. The gym has the latest equipment and students can workout as per convenience.
- Library
The library was established in1984 and named C.D. Memorial Library. The library has over 1 lakh books, 247 journals and 70 newspapers. Furthermore, the library has e-resources as well.
- Sports
Kongu Engineering College sports facilities include a basketball court, volleyball court playground and an indoor stadium with badminton courts. The Physical Education Department of the college conducts tournaments of various sports. It also organises summer camps for sports like badminton, basketball, lawn tennis, table tennis, volleyball, football, hockey, kabaddi and athletics every year.
- I.T Infrastructure
The campus of the college has robust IT infrastructure for the students. The institute has modern and updated facilities.
- Cafeteria
The college has a canteen facility for staff and students.
- Auditorium
All the academic activities like seminars, workshops etc. are held at the auditorium of the college.
- Transport Facility
The institute offers transport facilities to the nearest railway station, airport and bus stop to the students. Both pickup and drop off facilities are offered. The buses run on a scheduled time.
- Wifi
The entire campus of Kongu Engineering College has wifi connectivity. Students and faculty can access the internet on their mobile phones or tablets.
- Laboratories
Numerous departments of the college have a dedicated laboratory. KEC Erode lab facilities help students in performing experiments, practicals and help in better learning and understanding.
- Banks/ATMs
A branch and ATM of Karur Vysya Bank is available at the campus for students and staff members.
- Guest Room/Waiting Room
KEC Erode has two guest houses in the college premises. The guest houses are spacious and offer a comfortable stay to the guests. The institute has a separate guest house for alumni.

College Infrastructure
All classrooms are spacious and equipped with multimedia systems for digital learning. The laboratories are highly advanced and regularly upgraded to keep up with new technology. The library is well-equipped with thousands of volumes and a digital access system. The entire campus has high-speed Wi-Fi connectivity, making research work easy for students. Hostel facilities are comfortable and secure with proper food and amenities. The canteen serves tasty, hygienic food, and there are playgrounds and indoor sports areas for recreation.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is clean and well-organized. The college campus is large and filled with greenery, giving it a very pleasant and eco-friendly look. Classrooms are smartly designed, and every department has its own building with excellent labs and research centers. The library is well-stocked with both physical and digital learning materials, and the reading spaces are comfortable for long study sessions. Hostel facilities are great — rooms are well-maintained, food quality is good, and Wi-Fi is available.

College Infrastructure
Total campus is well spread out, filled with greenery, and gives a peaceful atmosphere. Classrooms are equipped with audio-visual tools and comfortable seating. Each department has separate buildings with specialized laboratories that are updated regularly. The central library is one of the best parts — air-conditioned, quiet, and filled with a rich collection of books, journals, and online materials. The hostels are spacious and provide quality food with proper hygiene. The canteen, medical facilities, transport services, and sports areas are all maintained with care.
