According to websitez cut off, you can't get admission in MMMUT.
In year 2016 closing rank for different branches were:

CSE-733

ME -785

EE -1223

CE -1368

ECE-1649

CHE-2253

PS:All ranks are in General category and according to cut off rank available on University website.

There is no cut off as such. The counselling depends on opening and closing ranks and goes on subsequently till the seats are filled.

Assuming that you are asking cutoff for B.Tech(4 year course). The cutoff here at MMMUT varies with your branch. There are total of 660 seats with 120 in each CSE ,CE ,EE ,ECE and 60 in CHE. If you are able to fetch a general rank under 400 it is most likely that you can get any branch of your desired choice.Last year(2017) last GNOP rank to fill seat was close to 2000.

Also there are various quota seats which can bear general rank upto 25000.

Admission norms are also changing from this year(2018) ,as 10% of seats will be filled through JEE Mains examination while rest 90% seats will be filled via university's own entrance examination.

Under OBC category u may get
CHEMICAL under BCOP and BCGL category
MECHANICAL under BCGL BCHC and BCAF
EC under BCGL BCAF
EE under BCGL BCAF
ABOVE DATA IS ACCORDING TO PREVIOUS YEAR MIGHT HAVE SOME VARIATION THIS YEAR
