IIM Jammu Admission Process
Indian Institute of Management Jammu admissions are offered to IPM, MBA and Ph.D courses. IIM Jammu IPM admission will be done based on the student's performance in the JIPMAT examination. While CAT examination is considered for the IIM Jammu MBA admission process.
IIM Jammu admission to the Ph.D courses will be based on the student's performance in an entrance examination followed by a Personal Interview. The institute offers only 1 course at the undergraduate level. Integrated Programme in Management (IPM) is the IIM Jammu UG course. The course is offered in full-time mode and the duration of the course is 5 years.

IIM Jammu IPM Admission Process 2025
Students have to appear and qualify for the Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA).
Eligible students have to fill out the IIM Jammu application form in an online mode.
The institute will prepare a merit list based on the JIPMAT Score (60%), academic profile (10th (15%), 12th (15%)) and gender diversity (10%).
Final admission will be offered after the document verification and IIM Jammu fee payment.

Only 1 course is offered at the postgraduate level i.e. MBA. It is a two-year programme including research and hypothesis work. IIM Jammu MBA fees are Rs 15.56 Lakhs.

IIM Jammu MBA Admission Procedure 2025
Candidates have to qualify for the CAT and meet the IIM Jammu CAT cutoff.
Next, the candidates have to fill out the Indian Institute of Management Jammu application form.
Based on CAT scores candidates are called for a Personal Interview (PI).
Students will be selected based on their performance in the CAT, Personal Interview, work experience and past academic record.
Shortlisted candidates have to get the documents verified and pay the fee to complete the IIM Jammu admissions.

IIM Jammu Ph.D Admission Procedure 2025
- Candidates should qualify for any one of the following entrance examinations: Common Admission Test (CAT)/GATE/GRE/GMAT/JRF (UGC/CSIR).
Eligible candidates have to apply online by filling out the IIM Jammu application form.
IIM Jammu merit list will be prepared and the candidates will be shortlisted based on marks obtained in the entrance exam. Short-listed candidates will be invited to IIM Jammu for a personal interview.
Final Indian Institute of Management Jammu admissions will be based on marks obtained in the entrance exam, academic record, performance in the personal interview, document verification and fee payment.

1: What is the total fee for MBA at IIM Jammu?
Hi!
The total fees for the two-year, full-time MBA programme offered at IIM Jammu for the batch of 2024-2026 is Rs. 18,85,500 . This fee has to be paid in 6 terms throughout the duration of the programme. This fee includes tuition fee, and other academic/ non-academic expenses.
Further, other academic/ non-academic expenses include academic support, library fees, hostel fees, alumni fees, and fees related to IT infrastructure, student welfare, health insurance, etc.
- Caution Deposit (Refundable) of Rs. 20000 has to be paid at the time of admission (in addition to fees and expenses mentioned).
- The amount of Rs. 50,000 deposited while accepting the admission offer will be adjusted against the first term fees.
- Mess Bills is to be paid as per actuals.

The teachers are very helpful. Yes, the course curriculum is relevant and prepares you for the industry. The difficulty of semester exams is moderate, with a pass percentage of 98 percent in almost every subject. The teachers are highly qualified with good teaching experience

Currently I am pursuing it's plagship program MBA core because among every baby iims it is performing well. The quality of teaching is decent and the teachers are student friendly The academic curriculum over here is updated with its growing world class infrastructure. The quality that we are getting over here is obviously make us job ready but different for different sectors.
It is overall a very nice atmosphere here

The quality of the teaching is good. We have decent faculties. The curriculum is well structured. The curriculum is also well balanced so that we study different subjects. Here, I study various courses. Starting from accountancy and till performing arts, we have a wide range of subjects.

It is well said , " Scope means not the height career had achieved, it means the height to which you can make your career reach. "
If you are interested in public services and want to help others, you can go for MBBS.
If you are interested in corporate job, entrepreneurship, business and more, go for BBA AND MBA.
Both fields are very good. If you still have confusion, go for career counselling test online or offline. You can also talk to your teachers and parents.
If you don't want to do either, write down your thoughts mentioning what you don't want to do, you will automatically know what to do.

Hi Sachin,
Yes other states student gives the IPMAT exam. So you can give the IPMAT exam. Some restrictions are also there like IIM Indore and IIM Rohtak reserve all rights to decide the eligibility conditions for the exam.
Also, no intimation will be sent to candidates who are not selected for the final offer. Eligibility criteria are Minimum 60% in Standard SSC and HSC. And m aximum 20 years of age as on July 31, 2019

Hello student
77 percentile in CAT and as you are belongs to EWS category as your choice of course in IIM Jammu which was established in the year of 2016 restricted by the IIM, Lucknow, you have chance to get admission in MBA courses.
To get chance in IIM Jammu the CAT percentile is needed 75% at least.
