My college experience is awesome
Infrastructure of the college is quite good.Buildings are neat, classrooms are airy with working fans, projectors. Labs are okay and usable, not high-tech but manageable. Library has sufficient books and seating space. Canteen and washrooms are clean most of the time. Campus feels organized and comfortable
Teachers mostly follow the syllabus and classes happen regularly, but teaching quality depends a lot on the faculty. Some professors explain well and are helpful, while others just read slides. Exams are manageable if you study on time. Overall, academics are average.
Placement is decent and improving every year. Many companies visit for sales, marketing, finance, and HR roles. Average package is okay, not very high, but good for freshers. Training and placement cell supports students with mock interviews and resume help. If you are consistent and skilled, you can get placed.
Infrastructure is decent, classrooms and library are useful, and teachers are mostly supportive. Placements are average but fine if you work on your skills. Not luxury level, but education, exposure, and campus life make it worth the money overall.
Campus life is decent . The campus is clean with enough space to relax and study. Facilities are average but work well. Hostel and mess are manageable. Students are friendly and seniors usually help juniors. Fests, sports, and small events happen during the year so it never feels boring.
Best thing about the amity campus is its location and surroundings with lush greenery which makes it lively. Up to date infra with almost every possible required equipments and labs for different courses.
I have started my Bachelor’s of Design at Amity University, and it has been a very enriching experience with well-qualified faculty and skilled industry professionals teaching industry focused curriculum.
During my college life, we received several opportunities to apply to different companies and gained exposure to various export houses through campus placements. Many of my classmates were placed; however, I chose to explore other opportunities to further enhance my skills and do higher studies.
My Bachelor’s of Design was a valuable investment. The course offered strong academic learning, practical exposure, skilled faculty, and industry interaction, making the fees truly worth the value received.
Campus life at Amity University, Gurugram is vibrant and enriching, offering a perfect balance of academics, creativity, and extracurricular activities. The modern infrastructure, green campus, and collaborative environment make learning enjoyable and holistic.
My overall experience at Amity University has been enriching and rewarding, with quality education, supportive faculty, vibrant campus life, and valuable industry exposure that shaped my personal and professional growth.
The college infrastructure is pretty solid. Classrooms are neat and airy, with functional boards and projectors. Labs are okay, some machines are a bit old but usable. Library has good seating and decent books. Canteen and washrooms are clean. Campus has open spaces, and Wi-Fi mostly works. everything needed is there
The teaching quality is generally good. Some professors are really supportive, while a few are strict and focus on theory more than practice. Syllabus is relevant and exams test actual understanding. Not perfect, but definitely worth it.
Placement support is decent and the career cell is active. Companies from IT, finance, and consulting come for drives. Mock interviews and workshops are useful, though some feel rushed. Packages vary, so while a few get high offers, most get average ones. Effort and preparation matters more
The college gives decent education for the money. Classrooms and labs are basic but functional. Faculty are supportive, but not very strict. Extra-curricular activities exist, but limited. Hostel is simple. Good for students who want learning without spending too much.
Campus life is good overall. The college has enough open spaces and a few hangout spots. Hostel and mess are okay, nothing special. Events and fests happen, but they’re mostly small-scale. Teachers are approachable, and you can make friends easily. Not super luxury, but chill enough to enjoy college days.
The college has good classrooms, decent labs, and a nice library. Sports and recreational areas are okay but could use some improvements. Overall, the campus feels comfortable and supportive for learning.
The college offers well-structured classrooms, equipped labs, and a resourceful library. Academic spaces are conducive to learning, though some facilities could use minor upgrades. Overall, it supports focused and effective study.
The college shows steady placement growth, with a mix of startups and established firms recruiting. Students get guidance and skill-building support, though premium roles are fewer. Overall, it prepares graduates for the job market reliably.
The college offers reasonable fees for the facilities and education provided. While not the cheapest, the quality of learning, labs, and campus life makes it a fair investment for students seeking a balanced academic experience.
Campus life is lively and engaging, with active clubs, cultural festivals, and sports events. Modern hostels, cafes, and collaborative spaces create a friendly and vibrant environment that encourages learning, creativity, and social connections.
Very well-qualified faculty members are available for the B.Tech CSE course, and labs are well-maintained along with good-quality Wi-Fi facility. In the hostel, we get AC service throughout the night and during the day, but not during college hours. There are 2 messes and 6 canteens on campus. Medical facilities are also available 24/7.
Every new batch gets a chance to go on an industrial visit. The exam and practice schedule is very strict, as students must maintain above 75% attendance to be eligible to sit for exams and practicals. Also, if you score below 23 out of 70 marks, you will get a backlog in that particular subject.
The top recruiters span tech, finance, FMCG, and consulting. The placement is around 90–95%, with a median package of approximately 4.8 LPA. There is a strong growth trend. Internships start early, and about 12–15% of students get placed on-campus in tech roles, with chances increasing based on CGPA and skills. Roles include SDE, Data Analyst, Consultant, and Tech Intern positions. The highest packages highlight strong potential around 45–52 LPA, with many offers ranging between 5–7 LPA.
Wi-Fi facility is available in the academic buildings as well as hostels, provided the fact that SIMs like Jio and Vodafone don't really work well due to the slightly hilly region. Kindly note that SIMs like Airtel work very well. It's a fully AC campus, including all classrooms. The library is huge and has books on almost all topics. Couches are available in the library for cozy reading corners. There are also a number of messes, canteens, and cafeterias on the campus. While some offer really good food, some cafeterias fail to provide quality taste.
Teachers are actually good and helpful if you maintain your image in their eyes. There are teachers who teach really good and also teachers who can't really teach much good. However, to my notice, teachers in the B.Tech and Law departments are actually really qualified and good at their work. The curriculum is relevant to the respective courses. The difficulty level of exams is also not very hard, if a student has prepared well, he can easily crack exams.
Amity University tries its best to bring as many companies as possible for placements. Almost all students of the university try to get placed somewhere, and additional efforts are made to bring companies if there are still students unplaced. The average package is around 7 LPA, ranging from packages as low as 2 LPA to as high as 34 LPA. Internship opportunities are to be researched and done by the students on their own.

The infrastructure of Amity University Gurugram is aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained. The campus is green and spacious, with art-friendly spaces, studios, and large classrooms for practical work. The library is fully equipped with design, art, and academic resources. Hostels are decent, and cleanliness is taken seriously. There are Wi-Fi-enabled zones, air-conditioned classrooms, and specialized labs for different departments. However, art-specific studio spaces could be better organized for more advanced tools and printmaking.
The BFA program at Amity Gurugram offers a broad range of subjects from drawing and design to printmaking and advertising. The faculty members are knowledgeable and supportive, especially in encouraging creativity and experimentation. Assignments are practical-oriented, and the university conducts regular reviews and evaluations. While some subjects could have more industry integration or workshops, the curriculum does build a strong foundation. We also get opportunities for exhibitions and submissions which boost confidence and growth.
Placement opportunities for BFA students are somewhat limited compared to technical or management fields, which is expected. However, the university offers decent exposure through internships, portfolio reviews, and occasional interactions with professionals. Students have to be proactive to get the best opportunities, especially in creative fields like design, illustration, or applied arts. With a strong portfolio and networking, placements can lead to roles in advertising agencies, art studios, or freelance work.
The fees are on the higher side, but the exposure, faculty, and learning environment make it a worthwhile investment for students who make the most of their time here.
Campus life is vibrant with lots of cultural events, exhibitions, and clubs. The art community is close-knit and encouraging, making creative collaboration fun and fulfilling.
Amity University Haryana is a great place to explore your artistic journey, especially if you’re self-motivated. There's always room to grow and improve, but the overall environment is nurturing, creative, and student-friendly.
