Mar Athanasios College For Advanced Studies, Tiruvalla has a Training and Placement Cell that provides training and placement assistance to the students. The cell helps in facilitating MACFAST placement-related activities like industrial visits, seminars, workshops, conferences, and more for students. MACFAST T&P Cell conducts group discussions, aptitude tests, mock interviews, personality development, interpersonal, communication skills and career planning & career mapping sessions for the continuous learning of students.

During MACFAST placements 2022, a total of 121 students were placed with Rs 3.2 lakhs per annum being offered as the MACFAST median salary to the students. TATA Consultancy Services, ITC Limited, Coca Cola, ICICI Bank, Nestle, Axis Bank, Jio, Decathlon, Federal Bank and more are some of the MACFAST recruiters.
