Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University, Thiruvananthapuram.


Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should pass the Higher Secondary Examination of the Board of Higher Secondary Education of Kerala or an Examination recognized equivalent thereto with at least 45% marks in Mathematics separately and 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry/equivalent subjects in an aggregate or equivalent grade. OBC/SEBC candidates should secure a minimum of 40%, and a minimum pass % is sufficient for SC/ST.

B.Tech Lateral Entry:

  • Should have cleared a 3-year Diploma course approved by the Government of Kerala.
  • Should clear the Lateral Entry Test (LET) conducted by DTE, Kerala.

Admission Details

Candidates should clear the Kerala state entrance examination(KEAM) / Joint Entrance Examination (JEE).
