KMIT is associated with JNTU for teaching. You may complete your university papers if you read your textbooks and pay attention in class.

I won't claim that every lecturer is excellent. The good ones are scarce though.

Colleges that are not affiliated with JNTU offer classes to students to introduce them to various languages and frameworks.

This is in grades 1, 2, and 3. You would be exposed to new things, which is incredibly advantageous. You won't be able to create Facebook-like applications, but you will at least be aware of what is happening. They studied Objective C programming and Android application development throughout our second year. It was only a fundamental course.
