Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Biomedical Engineering is a four-year full-time undergraduate program recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) and offered by the Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology, Kolkata.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must be at least 17 (seventeen) years of age. There is no upper age limit.
Candidates must pass Higher Secondary (10+2) Examination of West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education or equivalent examination from a recognized Council/Board with:
Individual pass marks in Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science)
Minimum of 45% marks in the Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with Chemistry / Biotechnology / Biology / Computer Science) taken together as well as pass in English with a minimum of 30% marks in the said qualifying examination.

Infrastructure is modern and well-maintained. Labs and classrooms are well-equipped.Classrooms are smart-class enabled, with projectors and good seating.Faculty members are knowledgeable and approachable. They help students with projects and research work. The curriculum … is updated with industry trends.

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is above average. Laboratories aren't well equipped. Library is closed type. But necessary books are there. Wifi facility isnt good. Smart boards are there. Our classroom was basic, but younger students enjoy flip learning in very well maintained classrooms.

College Infrastructure

College infrastructure is okayish. There is just two busses available. So, it gets tough sometime. I used to stay in hostel. They food is not very hygenic, just okay. The taste is pretty bad most of the days.
