Master of Dental Surgery (MDS) in Oral and Maxillofacial Pathology and Oral Microbiology is a three-year full-time postgraduate course offered by the Panjab University, Chandigarh, and approved by the Dental Council of India (DCI).


Eligibility Criteria

As per the Dental Council of India guidelines, the minimum percentile of marks for eligibility for admission to postgraduate dental courses shall be 50% percentile for General Category candidates, 45% percentile for Persons with Disability (PwD), and 40% percentile for candidates belonging to the Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes/ Backward Classes (BC).

Admission Details

The admission to the MDS course shall be open to candidates who have qualified NEET MDS and are eligible as per the eligibility criteria for NEET-MDS laid down in the Information Bulletin for National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test-MDS for admission to the MDS course.
