Barkatullah University Institute of Technology offers admissions to the undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. For Barkatullah University Institute of Technology admission to the UG programme, candidates have to appear for JEE Main and register for the DTE Bhopal online counselling. Merit scores of the entrance test or the qualifying exam (in case of vacant seats) is considered for the seat allocation. As per the BUIT Bhopal admission process for the M.Tech programme, candidates are selected on the basis of merit scores of GATE or qualifying exam (to fill the remaining seats), choices filled and participation in the DTE Bhopal M.Tech counselling.
Vyavasayik Pareeksha Mandal (VYAPAM), Bhopal conducts an entrance test for the candidates seeking admission to the M.C.A. programme at BUIT Bhopal. Further, candidates have to secure their names on the merit list in order to appear for VYAPAM counselling. Seats are allocated to the candidates on the basis of ranks secured by the candidates in the entrance test during counselling. After the seat allocation, candidates have to complete the admission procedure by the submission of the documents and payment of fees.

The college infrastructure is good and adaptable for students to survive. They provide only few facilities to students but not on a regular basis. They are well maintained and used by them regularly. The living space is clean.

College Infrastructure
This is the best university as it provides you many facilities to improve their employment status. The infrastructure is good sometimes, but the libraries are well-maintained. The through all the stuffs needed. there is equipped with adequate books. Moreover, there is a clean and peaceful environment available to study. The computer labs are good as well as the students was not through all the stuffs needed. The libraries and labs all are maintained. The hostels are also available for students.

College Infrastructure
Barkatullah University Institute of Technology is a lush green campus. The infrastructure is good having hostel for boys and girls, library, labs, computer centers. Classrooms are clean and big and can accommodate more than 60 students. Wifi facility is available only to faculties. There are many playgrounds in the campus. The labs are organized. The whole campus is enlighted by solar panels. The living spaces are very clean with accommodation of 2 students in one room and food is hygienic.

BUIT Bhopal is a Government constituent institute of Barkatullah University, Bhopal . The college offers admission to the course of BE Computer Science and Engineering through JEE Main . The total fees for the course is Rs. 1.71Lac for the 4 years course and there are 60 seats allocated for the course.
The placement scenario of this college isn't great. For CSE in the year 2018-19 the placement rate was 12% which in the year 2019-20 the placement rate was 17%. So as you can see 1/4th of the total students in CSE are usually not placed. The placement details aren't available till now for the next sessions.

For Undergraduate Courses (BE/B.Tech):
- Admissions will be based on the merit list of Joint Entrance Exam Main (JEE Main).
- Candidates have to appear for JEE Main and obtain a valid score and rank.
- After getting shortlisted, the candidates have to appear and qualify MP BE Counselling.
- The selected candidates will then have to complete the remaining admission formalities.
