ASNSS SB Shirkoli Homoeopathic Medical College and Hospital, with the permission of the Government of Karnataka, was started in the year 1993 in Sankeshwar of Karnataka and is an affiliated college. This one is also recognised by the Central Council of Homoeopathy (CCH) and focuses on homoeopathy as education and homoeopathy as healthcare. The college occupies a six-acre site and grants only a single academic programme,  the Bachelor of Homoeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS).
