Akshaya Institute of Technology Tumkur placement cell also works on the soft skills and communication skills of the students. 

Akshaya Institute of Technology, Tumkur has a dedicated and committed team of faculties in the Training and Placement department under the efficient leadership of Training and Placement Head. A separate HRD block with 300 seating capacity auditorium, 4 Training Rooms, 04 GD rooms, 05 interview rooms and control room is dedicated for the placement activities.
