About HICET Coimbatore

Hindusthan College of Engineering and Technology (Autonomous) was established in the year 2000. The institution is recognised under Section 2(f) and 12B of the University Grants Commission (UGC) and is an Autonomous Institution since 2016, affiliated to Anna University, Chennai with permanent affiliation for most of the programmes, approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). Hindusthan College of Engineering is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) ‘A++’ Grade with a CGPA of 3.69 out of 4 in Cycle 2.
