Golden College of Engineering and Technology, Gurdaspur, which was started in 2011 is an example of technical education in Punjab India. Located in a 10.475-acre plot of land this affiliated college has been contributing to the development of future engineers for well over a decade now. Consulted and recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), India, the Institute currently provides 16 courses in five programmes with cumulative student enrolment of 126 students. It has 53 dedicated members in the faculty which keep an enviable student-teacher ratio and ensure quality education.
