AISAT Kochi: Admission 2026, Cutoff, Courses, Fees, Placements, Ranking

Albertian Institute of Science and Technology - Technical Campus School of Engineering Mangad, Alwaye (AISAT Kochi) is one of the premier institutes set up in the year 2011 in Ernakulam District of Kerala. This is an affiliated AICTE college for engineering courses for all the aspiring students out there. AISAT, Kochi, is a leading educational institute boasting 94 dedicated, talented and well-qualified faculty members. The institute boasts a diverse student body of 1,060 students, with a gender ratio of approximately 2:1 (male to female). AISAT Kochi has 11 courses in 3 courses leading to degrees, with particular focuses on the civil engineering, computer science engineering, electrical and electronics engineering, and electronics and communication engineering courses.

AISAT Kochi ensures the availability of the best infrastructure to help students improve their learning abilities. The campus comprises very functional laboratories, including a modern language laboratory fitted with modern software for modern languages. There is the college library, through which the college has over 11,700 volumes of textbooks and reference books on engineering disciplines. It consists of print and electronic resources; therefore, it is a resource centre for students. To the sports lover, the college has a play field which may be useful for playing football and contains a badminton court, which shows that exercise is important as books. It is a wired and wireless campus, therefore offering students and members of staff an easy time when accessing the internet.

AISAT Kochi, in all, proffers 11 courses out of which 6 are B.Tech courses and 1 is an M.Tech course. All undergraduate programmes leading to a four-year B-Tech degree are executed as full-time programmes, and the M-Tech programme, which is executed for two years, also. 

 At AISAT Kochi there is direct admission, and it considers the score of the Kerala Engineering Architecture & Medical Examination (KEAM) conducted by the Commissioner of Entrance Exams Govt. of Kerala results as the main criterion. In the B.Tech programmes admissions, 50% of the seats are centralised through allotting by the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations, and 15% of the seats are reserved for NRIs. The remaining are management seats, which are also based on merit and PCM marks in the 12th standard and KEAM. The admission process in the M.Tech programme in Geo Mechanics and Structures is based on GATE scores with the consortium and DTE rank for 50% of seats and direct admission by the college for the remaining fifty cent only.
